I was working remote and the woman Jess lied about everything so i would sign a lease . The place is full of trash, old toys and bicycles. They have a no early termination they don’t disclose. I never even moved in and they won’t change your unit. I asked for pond view and after arriving they said oh the pond is behind the woods . Everything is fake and the management is harassing. They lied about view even when there about seeing a pond and you honestly can’t and never signed my wife on lease , tried to make me pay more mon... read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I have so much to say about the time we’ve spent with the Connor group here in San Antonio! Firstly let’s start with them leasing our apartment out to another family while we were still living here without our knowledge. We received a text message from them saying “sorry to see you go, send us your forwarding address.” We were told that they had marked down that we didn’t want to renew our lease when we never received any notices, signed any papers stating this or even verbally told them that. We in fa... read more

I’ll start by saying I’m rev TCG’s corp office & not the bldg I live in, because TCG sold it sev mnths ago. This rev is focused on just the time TCG was owner. TCG’s M.O. is to buy decent & livable bldgs, then just run them into the grnd, rape the tenants monetarily in literally every conceivable way. Once TCG has exploited & fleeced the tenants dry & neglected the prop, they turn around & sell it to another unsuspecting mgmt comp clueless the property has had no meaningful maint performed since TCG took over. The fact TCG s... read more

The worst renting experience of my life. The Connor Group bought my complex in San Antonio in April. Since they have taken over I have been asked to negotiate a lease extension more than once. their most recent attempt was more of a threat than a sales pitch. They have been nothing but hostile to me or the others in our complex. Our front gate has not worked in months. There is graffiti on the walls that was not addressed for more than a month. Service/Maintenance does not notify you of when they will enter your unit ( I wai... read more

Lived at the Donain on Bennett Farms, and this was the best leasing experience I've ever had. As a military family who have rented and owned quite a few places, this is a strong statement. Rebekah and Courtney were always very professional and it showed In the cleanliness and organization of the operations. I had maybe one or two very minor maintenance requests maybe a lightbulb replacement and paint patch and they were handled within 24 hours, and I received contact to make sure we were pleased. Always warned in advance of ... read more

Do not move here. These are not luxury apartments. They moved us into an ex-smoker’s apartment, on day one there was tar and nicotine on the walls and vents. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. We ran air purifiers daily. The carpet was patched and dirty. Countertops painted. A dead body was found floating in the pond. We stayed the full 12 months to adhere to our contract, even after buying a home with 6 months left of our lease, but we were still hit with a bunch of fees. They took our $1,000 deposit and say we still owe them $2... read more

My lease is up September 2022, they came in May 2022 to do a walk through never told me why this early. Told me it’s an early bird special to sign and get a great deal for next year. Increase just $300. Yeah high but everywhere in the Triangle in NC is going up. So I signed. No figures were entered. I signed and asked for my copy. Never gave it to me until I emailed them 7 times. Their excuse is they don’t provide a copy. It did not go up $300 but $500! The girl’s 7 to me looked like a 4! No one wants to own up to the fact t... read more

This apartment was formerly named The Venue in Charlotte, NC. The Connor group took over in September 2021 and renamed the apartment to Elizabeth Station. For the past 9 months, this apartment has been hardly liveable. I have outlined a few examples below. - my air conditioning was broken for 4 days. Had to call multiple times to get anyone to come check it out. - Raised my rent by amonst $500 and gave me 24 hours to resign or move - multiple packages were stolen - leasing office did nothing to try and stop this - the parkin... read more

STAY AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY THIS COMPANY!!! This evening I went outside to enjoy a breeze as the AC units wouldn't cool a tent. At least 15 years old and undersized, the AC units will not allow you to spend time upstairs - if you have one. I have so many complaints I will not list them. However....... When I did go outside to my backyard, I found two DEAD RATS in my planter. I am nearly 70 years old and nearly had a panic attack. DEAD RATS covered with flies. The management is way to busy to see you, they are beyond... read more
