Connor Group is now the owner of our apartment community. Here are the problems that we have had since they took over: 1) they over charges us for rent. Said it was fixed. 2) they over charged us for rent a second time. 3) they did not communicate to us about a tree service and therefore, i did not move my plants-they were damaged. 4) we have been asking someone to fix our leaking kitchen sink for over 3 weeks now and no response. 5) they did not communicate with us about placing sticky rat traps in our apartment and our car... read more
Run like the fricking plague. The most scummy company known to man. They give away gift cards for good reviews on google and still only have a 3.7 rating. That is how many 1 star reviews they have. From my understanding, they try to flip apartment communities but people hate them so much they are leaving in floors. They don't even care who they rent to. The community was nice and peaceful before they took over. Now people are running down the street drunk screaming at 3 am.

Horrible customer service and accommodations!
Only about their bottom line. To perspective buyers of their properties: they are hiding things from you. Things that are unsafe either to residents or to the employees you install at the property once you take over. They evict people during a pandemic. They allow hundreds of college students to move onto their property all at once during a pandemic turning the entire property into an unsafe dorm when they are supposedly luxury apartments. First to address moving in students, Fair Housing Laws do not allow for discrimination. All applicants are put through the same qualifying process. Secondly, the only areas closed on property are areas closed due to Government mandates. We do not have any rodent issues. We are happy to meet with any persons and walk the property for issues. Two stars so that while I am living here, I can get some things fixed...after I move out, it goes down to zero ***uming nothing changes. Stonebridge refuses to fix the smoke alarm batteries after complaining for 8 weeks. They've lied to my face 4 times that they fixed it, and I get home and they're still chirping that day. When I moved out, they made up extra charges that weirdly happened to add up to exactly the amount of my deposit so they could keep it, in retaliation because I called the fire marshall.
