I was sold a half carat solitaire diamond engagement ring from the Kay Jewelers in the town center mall in Marietta ga. And after several lies from the store manager and the corporate office about the clarity and the value of buying a certified tolkowsky diamond I chose to buy the wedding ring at another jewelry store and was told that the 3000 dollar solitaire that i bought was a low grade diamond and not worth 1000 dollars. My husband and I have been account holders with marks and Morgan’s for years, when my husband finally decided he wanted to purpose he knew exactly where he was going to get the ring. Just recently they have switched to kay jewelers in the governor square mall in Tallahassee fl and it was the worst thing they ever did. Not happy at all. Wont shop again unless problem is fixed. This was at valpo location but no option on here for that. My husband brought in a pictiure from your site. The sales rep said there was no such ring amd told him she found the exact ring. But dif price, size of diamands and gold etc. they ordered it online to be sent to store. They did not apply his 200 dolllars in certs from his previous purchase. This was a present so i never got to see the ring. Later i asked him how pirchase went. He told me all of this. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! Lorene R****-Acting "Store Manager"=Useless! Andrea-Needs to learn english Melissa-Nasty twit They have had my $11,000 ring since November!! I bought and expensive watch from Jared's in Mission Valley, San Diego. I paid for the extra "buckle to buckle" 3 year protection which covered anything no questions asked. I went to get her three rings, two band and one main ring inspected yesterday 12/17/18. A new girl named Ariana was her clerk. She grabbed the rings and took them to the inspection station. Boynton Beach Florida. Purchased a pre owned Rolex watch, i was never told that the parts were "non factory enhancements." I went to mayors and JR Dunn to trade up and they told me that basically the watch isn't worth much. I spent $67000.00, basically just for the bracelet, the rest of the watch is bogus. The sales person refit my ring and broke off a part of the ring and lost 2 diamonds during a cleaning. They are refusing to replace it and telling me it was my fault. The manager was rude and accused me of lying about it. Horrible. The sales people were very kind but only cared about covering their butts instead of fixing the issue.

#LongPostAlert?? “Kay Jewelers: NOT OKAY...!!” Where do I begin...?? There are so many layers to this. July 2nd, 2018 - I take my wedding ring (both the engagement ring and band) to Kay Jewelers In River Oaks Mall to have it serviced. My ring is white gold, which needs to be dipped in rhodium to keep it from yellowing. Anyway, I take it in, the employee is supposed to check the diamonds before sending it out to have it dipped.
