Ordered this locket as a gift for my 83 yo Mom in Texas. paid the extra $30 to be sure it arrived in time. YESTERDAY, SHE was so excited to see a Jared box! she opened it, the center stone inside the locket was missing! Customer care was inefficient and could not resolve the issues with this gift in time for Mother's day. By the way, the ticket shows it was made in CHINA! DEFECTIVE AND CHEAP! BUYER BEWARE!
I have used the interest free financing program with Jared 3 times. Spent almost $15 K with them. With my last purchase, I paid all my monthly payments on time & overpaid on several payments. Apparently my monthly payments were not enough to get me before the 1 year interest free program. Zero Star company. Kay's sent my wedding set off for repair .lost them for 2 months. Then Leo replaced all the small diamonds with lesser value diamonds. Different color. Now my rings are sent back to Leo. Hopefully they can put the same value diamonds back in. It's been 6 months since I've had my rings . I do not recommend anyone do business with Kay's jewelry.
My husband purchased a watch + 3 year warranty. The watch has been in the store for over 2 months and no call or update on the status. I have called to check on the status twice for the past month and the answer is that the manager will call me back and that has not occurred. Horrible customer service.

I ordered my wife a necklace with our children’s names and birthstones. I ordered it in advance for Valentine’s Day and the order status kept saying pending. So I kept contacting them and they kept assuring me that it would get here on time. My husband bought my engagement ring at Kay. Ever since he bought it we have struggled with diamonds coming out. This is the third time it has come out. The manager at the store was rude and brushed me off. Said they only had records for 2 diamond replacements. Which means they aren't keeping good records. Was told a customer care rep would call but I have heard nothing. So inconsiderate of their customers. Don't care about satisfaction, just making money.
My fiance purchased a very expensive engagement ring for me at the Concord NH Kay Jewelers and we are very disappointed with the lack of customer service now that the purchase is complete. Kay's website states an appraisal is provided with every fine jewelry purchase, well that is absolutely not a true statement. He went into the store on 1/30/20 to advise we needed the appraisal for our insurance company. Michelle who claims to be the assistant store mgr told him they don't do appraisals and to go to Jared..
