This happen in October 2019, I have an engagement ring and I went to Jared on Sunset in Las Vegas, NV (same place we got it) to see if I can get a different band that doesn't look like an engagement ring. Of course everyone was so helpful specially Lumba (as long as they make the sale) I didn't want anything big just something simple, at the end I got a bill of $2,600 for just a band and she took my ring stating she has to send it so they can re-design, after a week I cancelled due to had an accident and requested my ring ba... read more

Worst business ever. Ordered a ring on 12/19/19 for myself from my husband for Christmas. They refuse to cancel the order and are holding my card information even though it is 19 days and now past New Years. How long before they cancel and delete my card am I supposed to wait? Now I don't even want the ring since it now stands for bad memories of fighting with them. They dont even have the ring. It is a private vendor that has it and they have no idea id he even has the ring.

This business seems to have a tendency to deceive it's customers by offering misleading processing/shipping times in order to receive higher conversion rates on it's website visitors. Customers typically complain of the same problem of being mislead by the promotional banners and processing/shipping notices on the website.

Worst customer service I would never recommend this company to even my enemy. I purchased earrings that were nothing like the picture must have been a 30x magnification. I get them and my wife can not even put them on her ear. So what a wonderful Christmas present for her. I call on 12/16 wait on hold for 1hr and 30 mins to be told well you are 1 week past 30 days so you cant get a refund. This is a blatant money grab from this company. Please save your money and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a ring for my fiance on 12/8/19. I received an email from Kay saying the order was placed with my order number and other information. The email stated that I would receive an email when my order was shipped and it should arrive within approximately 4-6 business days. I gave it a week and checked the status of my order. The order status just mentioned a pickup location, so I assumed that meant it was ready to be picked up. ****POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE!!!*** I purchased an engagement setting and a loose diamond with Jared.com online build-a-ring platform on November 22, 2019. The total of this purchase was over 4 thousand dollars. The processing for the diamond was 6 days plus shipping time from the purchase date and the setting was 1 to 5 days plus shipping time. I ordered my fiance's wedding band on December 5, 2019. The site claims 3 day processing and 2 day delivery. This is a Christmas gift for our January wedding. I tried contacting Jared online and via phone with no results. Finally, I waited on the phone for 30 min yesterday and a customer service rep said someone would get back to me in 3 days. I purchased an engagement ring from Jared using the create your own engagement ring option. It took about 6 weeks for the ring to come in. Once I picked the ring up and got engaged the ring broke in half within 2 weeks. My fiancé was devastated. Can you imagine getting engaged and bragging "HE WENT TO JARED" and the ring breaks in two weeks. So we took the ring back to the store and they informed us it will be ready for pick up dec 2nd 2019.
