After an accident less than 2 years ago, my engagement, wedding and 25th Ann. rings had to be cut off of my finger. We paid Kay's Jewelers over 1,000.00 to repair my rings. My engagement ring has bent and one of the diamonds fell out. Kay's stated that there is only a 30 day guarantee on their work! bad store , they will tell you anything to make a sale. don't trust a special order unless you have at lease 6 months to a year of time before you need the item. the stores salesmen and women a liars and lazy. they will make up and answer to your question. to get you to shut up and go away, they lied to me multiple times then refused me a refund. store manager is rude and unprofessional, and useless for customer service and customer satisfaction. If I were allowed to give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This store is terrible - GeriLynn and Leo being key contributors of the problem. Although, after being exposed to their lack of training and professionalism, I wouldn’t trust anyone in this store with a trusted purchase such as jewelry for a loved one or something of significant value. My Fiancé purchased my engagement ring in April and I was elated, however upon further inspection of my ring, we noticed there were scratches so I went in to this same location where he purchased for an exchange. I would like to tell you about two of your salespersons who made a terrific impact on my life. This is the worst jewelry store I’ve ever been to. The person I’ve been mainly working with is Gary. He is such a slacker on getting mistakes resolved. He doesn’t care about anyone’s time but his. He has so many excuses of why he can’t do his job other than when it comes to being a salesman, then he’s right on top of it.
