My account with Kay Jewelers was opened about two years ago. I never had problem with them. Always paid on time and never was late with my payment. Recently I went to the store to make a purchase and I was told that my account was closed. The reason was it was closed is that I had a few accounts on collections. They didn't do their job with my warranty information so they are making me pay $40 to put in a super tiny diamond and then they want to ARGUE with me about when my ring was inspected last all because of them not knowing how to properly do their job also it has been said that the diamonds they are replacing are FAKE so beware just in case check your jewelry everyone!!! I'm going to have mine checked in case this true the way they are I wouldn't doubt it

We ordered a custom wedding ring for my husband in Oct 2016 at an Orange Park location. In Dec, we had it sent back to the repair shop after we noticed an abrasion on it. When we got it back, we noticed nothing was really done with it. We went to another Kays location (Palm City--Federal Highway location). Kay's Jewelry we have been doing business with for years. I bought a women wedding rings of 4 carrots. Had warranty and with lost diamonds, lose diamonds over 7 years of owning. Diamonds lose and falling out during even cleaning at store. This was a lot of money. When I took back with these multiple problems they did not help even when to make my wife happy and get out of this nightmare an additional 2000 for same value but different ring which I did not even want to do that. Jared Jewlery sales associates are by far the worst representation for a business. I dealt with the most unprofessional and careless sales associates. I went to repair my engagement ring and they lost all records of my profile. I was promised multiple returned calls to resolve my issue that never occurred. I was put on hold for at least 30 minutes for all 4 times I called. If I could give this company no stars I would. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from this location. Everything was fine other than the fact that the financial department lied and tricked him into joining their finance program. The employee ensured him it was an in-house financing program and would NOT show up on his credit report. My fiancé STRESSED to the worker that it cannot show up on his report whatsoever because 1.
