Matt the service tech, came to check out the humidifer that was not working, he determined it was the service board and said he would order a new one and return once he had the part, price was about $200.00. He returned the following day with the part, he said that he had been thinking about the problem and wanted to check something before he installed the part. He checked the wiring and found the problem. No charge. One of the reasons we have been with Golden Seal for over twenty years.

I was very pleased with my annual furnace inspection by Zach Nov 19, He was very courteous. He found that my heat exchanger failed, and had Ryan talk to me about options. With Ryan, I decided to get a new furnace, AC, and water heater. On Nov. 20, Chad, Ryan, and Devin installed all 3 units. They got here at 9 and finished at 2:15. I was impressed with their knowledge and courtesy. I would highly recommend Rolf ******* to my friends. All five of the service technicians were outstanding.

The other technician finally came and put in my ducts And he did a very good job. He was also very honest with me finally. He did take pictures of the old ones that were a mess and he confirmed that one was not even connected correctly. I have been wasting air conditioning for the last month because of the ducts. I called them to on Nov 14th in the afternoon to check HVAC unit as heating is not working. As i signed a contract with them on March 1st 2019, contract should be valid through Feb 28, 2020. I did putted a condition to bring ladder to access rooftop. They agreed and serviced till whenever they service last time. Our building management mentioned that they will not provide roof access and other units are serviced without any issue and they always access rooftop with ladder. I was very upset with Stevensons. The service person was fine, but for the $99 service visit, I expected a little mmore. I knew that my thermostat wasn't working, and I thought they would replace it for me. But NOOOO. They tried to extort me. They wanted me to sign up for a monthly service agreement, plus I would have to pay around $270 right then. They said the $99 fee would be waived if I did this. I made an appt yesterday with this company for a time slot between 10am-noon. I got a call today at 8:30 saying the technician was ready to come over and that my time slot was scheduled between 9-11am. I called back and said I am not available till 10am at the pre-scheduled time.
