They charge you upfront for an annual maintenace contract and then lose your correct contact information when it comes to scheduling. Then when the unit breaks down because it hasn't been serviced, they get to collect far more for repairs! Another trick they like to do is to tell you your unit is out of warranty when it's not. Call the manufacturer. The countdown on a unit in a new house is the date you buy the house, not whatever date the contractor bought the unit or whatever date the unit was manufactured. Today Rolf ******* installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. The technicians were Denny Carpenter and Devon. They did a great job, was very neat in cleaning up, and did a great job of explaining the new system. They removed our old system, and disposed of it for us. We would definitely recommend them.

The biggest issue is Orangutan does not follow through with what they say without some kind of delay. If there is going to be delay or if service won't be done till a certain time just say so from the start. Over the years technicians contradict what the last technician stated so I can't trust information given. The most recent issue and last straw was AC was leaking water Saturday. We purchased our furnace and air conditioning system from Service Experts. With our purchase we have had them checked every 6 months. Having problems with allergies we included high tech filtering with our system. Service technicians are very respectful of our home. They are very friendly and explain issues that may affect how our furnace and a/c work. We are very satisfied with this company.

Kane was great & persistent in his efforts to help my family & fix the problem. He diagnosed the first problem, got the remedial part, & returned the next day & installed it. That solved the air handler problem, but then the compressor outside had a new problem. Kane couldn't work on that problem because the driving rain would permanently "fry" the circuit boards.
