Atmostemp gave me a fair quote and them delivered on the quote. The only thing negative was that the work started one day later than scheduled due to heater not received. The team was professional and the work was completed on time. What more can you ask for.

Had them come out to check hot water heater not lighting . Was told tech would be here at 5pm but no tech til 630 pm after I called to find out if they were coming . Tech came in she looked at the heater and found a clogged pilot tube. She removed and clog and reinstalled. After a few days we were smelling gas. When I called Falso they would not come out and said I had to call the fire dept. And clear the area ? I'm a senior , disabled woman living on a very limited income .. My hot water heater went out Sunday Dec 1 i have been without water since. I haven't been able to find anyone that would allow me to make payments and then i found Service Experts and not only do they allow payments but no money down and it's call Advantage Program. Wanted to charge $150 to send a guy out to look at curbing on an AC unit they had botched. When I tried to contact them regarding the issue with the curbing, all of their contact numbers were forwarded to a gentleman that no-longer was employed there. Not very helpful!
