Different technicians came to my house several times and all told me different diagnoses of my AC problems. Service Experts promised a refund that never came. They quoted us a new system nearly twice the price of other quotes.

They are pricey. I had a new system furnace & air conditioning + a new water heater. It came to just shy of $12,000. 2 months later I could not get it to cool my house. They took out a 3 1/2 ton & put in a new 2.5 ton. After several service calls, I told them that I paid for a 3 ton. After doing some research, they put in the wrong one. They came out & replaced the whole system with the bigger, correct unit. I have not had one minutes problem since. There installers are top notch as well as there service technicians.
