They are a very reliable and honest company, any thing they have do for us in the way of service or repairs has been done correctly. I have recommended them to my neighbor who now uses them for there heating and ac service

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They offered us a deal where they would come do a check on our furnace in the fall and another for our AC in the spring. I scheduled this appointment while my wife would be home. They did not just send a technician but also sent a salesman. I am disgusted with lack of respect, the use of scare tactics, and false information that was provided to us by this company. Told us that the CO2 levels were unsafe! I have used Donelson Air for my last two purchases of home heating/air conditioning units. Before them I had unpleasant experiences with two other firms. Donelson Air employees have proven to be knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They have taken the time to not only recommend equipment and services, but explain the alternatives and why they are recommending the particular service or equipment.

Roy **** sent a service technician, Stephanie, to do an annual inspection of my furnace. I have used Roy **** since I started owning a home 30+ years ago. Honestly, after 2 furnace and ac purchases, a few service calls, I have never had a more pleasant experience than I did with Stephanie. Service Experts has been my HVAC company since November 2016. The techs that come to my home are professional, polite, efficient, and always willing to answer any questions related to the work they perform. I can even request a particular tech for my job. The home service contract which provides two HVAC tune-ups (spring and fall) is very reasonably priced and insures that the homeowner gets the system thoroughly checked twice a year. RIP OFFS! So my grandfather's water heater went out and he didn't have the money for a brand new one. So he went with Stevonsons advantagerent program where he rents his water heater and pays less than $25.00 a month for it. The deal was that if he rented it, they would come fix it for free if he had any issues with it and replace it with a new one every 10 years.
