On memorial day my a/c went out. The Service Experts came out without an overtime charge and was really happy at first with their service. They proceeded to tell me the my compressor was seized. After asking if I wanted to kick start it (warning it would either free up the compressor or kill it for good) I agreed. They did neglect to tell me the cost of the unit however. You could not be more pleased with any air conditioning service technicians than Coastal Heating & Air in Savannah, Georgia for your service needs. Their technicians are fantastic and they are so polite and pleasant to deal with for your service needs on your air conditioning system. Give them a try and you will not be disappointed.

The technicians have always been extremely nice. However, the company only seems interested in pushing you to renew the warranty agreement and/or purchase a new system. In May 2018 they stated a new condenser fan motor was needed and quoted me a price of $648. They suggested I look into replacing the condenser and coil and would quote me a price. So, I purchased a Lenox condenser, coil and the Plus Agreement for $5,400 (no furnace, just condenser and coil). ONE month later the air is out again and they come out and replace t... read more

Zach called and confirmed with me what time he would arrive within the window provided. Zach was very professional and respectful to my house and family. I would def recommend Zach and Golden Seal.

Be VERY specific about who services your equipment or just go to a different company. Ask for Terry and Terry only. He's the only competent technician they have. Called for service because the AC was working fine, but the internal blower wouldn't shut off after cooling was completed. Tech 1: Bernie shows up and I ended up paying $1300 for evaporating coils to be replaced (more about this later). 5 months later, the exact same issue and this time a different tech, Joe M. proceeds to tell me the issue was related to my upstair... read more

My wife and i called Gordons to come look at our AC/Furnace because we haven't had cold air for a couple days, and they were nice enough to come out on a weekend. The service guy claimed to have inspected my equipment and told me that the circuit board was fried and the blower motor was shot and it would cost "x" amount of money to repair or they could send out their ASC person to go over all my options for getting a new system.
