Middle of the night and I returned from a week in California to 40 degrees inside my house. BW was here by 1:30, AM, correctly diagnosed the problem, and repaired it before noon. Furnace is running smoothly! Great service!

Stevenson came out to service our oil furnace, told us the heat exchanger was bad, too expensive to fix, and that our best bet was to replace our entire HVAC system with a heat pump system costing between $16,000 to $22,000 depending on components. We almost signed up but got a second opinion. The next company did a complete assessment and showed us that our furnace has no problems at all! We have used Wesley Wood Service Experts in West Chester, PA to maintain and/or repair our heating and air conditioning units and have been extremely pleased with their service. The Bryant service center in Windsor Ontario is not a reputable company branch. They sent a heating technician to a plumbing call. The tech named ****** admitted he was not a plumber but they were swamped and he knows enough to unclog a drain. Not a plumber, forgot tool pouch so had to return. Cost $99.00. He returns 4 days later fills the drains with a substance and asks me to step outside till the air clears. Again he was lacking the tools and the knowhow. Excellent Company to do business with! Our experience with Service Experts begin with our visit to their location on Jewella Ave, Shreveport, La. We met with ****** and explained our problems. He discussed several products with us and followed up with a site visit. We chose a Lennox product and several days later our install began.
