We bought an air conditioner, furnace, and hot water tank through Costco. The work was done by Neal Harris in August 2018. I found them pretty easy to work with. I did find some miscommunication from one department to another. But, other than a short delay, I found them willing to make things right. Sean Z**** is the one that installed the furnace and he did an outstanding job. He was working in a small "closet" and he had to do a lot of work to make the furnace fit correctly. I recently purchased a hot water heater from a company and as luck would have it, it failed in 6 months- my luck kept getting worse- when i realized I couldnt find the company that I purchased it from and I paid cash for the unit. I called Midway to come and take a look since I knew it couldnt be anything major. When this guys came out, i told them the problem and and left them to do the diagnostics. I called and they offered someone to come out same day. Looking for a emergency shut off for a gas connection to put in a natural gas grill. Man arrive promptly and there's where it fell apart. He told me I needed a permit, and was offering a "check" to make sure there was gas at the site. (which I knew there was) which there was a charge. He never really answered my questions and I finally asked could he do it and how long would it take and would it be over $300 and he said more....he said the permit alone was $150 and it w... read more

I would not recommend this company to anyone. My in-laws needed someone to look at their furnace. The furnace was making a squealing sound. The technician pressured them into buying a new furnace and air conditioner. The cost would be $13,000! They got another company to come out to replace a blower motor for $417. I feel this company was taking advantage of an older couple by selling something they did not need.

JUST HAD THE BEST MAINTENANCE SERVICE DONE BY FELIPE FROM BW/COOK SERVICE. FELIPE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN CHECKING OUR FURNACE. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE UNITS. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND EVEN HELPED SOLVE AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM I HAD WITH WITH ONE OF THE THE WALL SWITCHES. THE BEST TECHNICIAN WE HAVE EVERY HAD . MANY THANKS TO THIS OUTSTANDING PERSON.

I have been using Service Experts since 2005 and have purchased 3 A/C during that period of time, including 2 for my current residence, and one for a rental property that I used to own. Alex F***** has been the "expert" who has always taken care of all my A/C needs to my complete satisfaction. This company provides better service than any other company I have ever had experience with.
