I called Service Experts on Saturday Sept 1. They said a Service Call would be $99.00. I agreed and the technician came out and in a matter of minutes he determined that the capacitor was bad. He replaced the capacitor and charged me $228,00 for the capacitor and the $99.00 for a total of $327.00. I responded to a customer satisfaction survey and told then that $228.00 for a $20.00 capacitor was a RIP OFF. I have not received a response for them. Neal ****** Service experts are terrific. I needed quick service due to broken a/c and wanted to consider a new system. They sent someone out in under an hour of my call. Richard ********* takes great pride in his work and communicated well with others on his team. The installation by Neal Harris Heating and Cooling was very well done with attention to each detail. HVAC installation is not a job for the faint of heart and Richard and his team worked very hard all day while keeping a cheerful attitude and encouraging his team mates. I would highly recommend Neal Harris and Richard ********* in particular for any HVAC installation.

Excellent service. Technician was on time and very professional. I do have a repair to make but, I'm happy they idenrified the problem quickly
Dale Forrest came out from Neal Harris to give me an estimate on a potential pipe replacement. He was right on time, really knew his stuff, answered all my questions and told me exactly what I would need to do to move forward. I wish all people were this easy to deal with.
