The tech arrived 2-3 hours after my call to diagnose my A/C that was working properly. The tech, Zeeshan was excellent. He found the problem, explained it and what he needed to do. He even told us what to maybe expect. He was thorough and polite. I highly recommend them

The service technician arrived within the allotted time given when appointment was requested. The technician provided courteous service and was quite knowledgeable. The problem was solved quickly and fixed.

We had been very happy with Service Experts' service. I had a standard maintenance contract with them. In the last two years, they've attempted to sell me on a kind of "rental" agreement, average around $200/month for the 3 units they quoted me. My concern was that since we'll be selling the house in a few years, it might be hard to pass that along to a buyer. We have been extremely happy with our experience with **** ****** Heating and Air. Our installers **** B and ***** T were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for this type of service.

My mother is 86 years old and until recently lived alone in her own home. Back a few months ago she had her HVAC system checked by a Service Expert dealer in her area. They convinced her that she needed a new AC, heating system and water heater. Since she could not afford all that, they offered her a "rental agreement" and she only had to pay a small monthly payment. I am pleased with Service Experts Heating @ Air Conditioning in providing annual maintenance for the furnace and air conditioner. Mike ******** provides suggestions on things I need to do and not do to help maintain the furnace and air conditioner. Mike goes out of his way. When servicing the air conditioner, Mike noticed that the collapsable garden hose was not working properly (I thought was normal), found the source of the problem, and suggested that I return the hose. Muchly appreciated.

Joe is a Tech with Abbey Air in Oakville, Ont. Canada. We think highly of Joe. We always ask for him when we find ourselves needing help with our Furnace or Air Cond. Joe always comes and does the mtc. on our furnace and air cond. He is a respectful, pleasant and reliable man. He explains what he has done and gives info, pros and cons. He shares his bounty of knowledge with us. Abbey Air should be proud to have an employee like Joe who represents the Company respectfully.
