If you want to work with pleasant people, call Stark Air. If you want your air conditioner to cool your house and if you want a company to fulfill its promises, call ANY OTHER company but Stark. My wife and I recently switched to another HVAC firm after a terrible experience with Bob ***** Service Experts in Sun City, Arizona. Carlos was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough, and he showed us exactly what the issue was with our air conditioner (it was working, but not blowing cold air) and fixed the capacitor and fan in about an hour. He also had excellent customer service skills and spoke very highly about the company and how they treat their employees, which was nice to hear.

David, the technician, who performed the maintenance on my A/C & Furnace wa very knowledgeable, has a great personality, friendly, nice to talk to. Before he performed the yearly maintenance on my A/C & Furnace, I explained to him that I had a problem with the heat dropping on the furnace.
