I was in the drive thru for over 10 minutes just waiting on two cars that didn't move at all in those ten minutes. So I parked and got my 2 yr old out( inconvenient) walked inside to about 5 tables being used. I waited then was finally attended to. And placed my order of 4 triple burgers and fries. And a chocolate/ banana shake. 20 minutes later I received my food and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my shake that had been made but forgotten about. Short on staff, meat was really skimpy waste of my time

Really need a person just for cashier and counter. Our server got stuck at reisgter and another person gave us our food. No refills or napkins. By the time he finally got away from register he gave us our refills and napkins and we were almost done eating. Not servers fault. Manager needs to be more involved with what's going on!

Let me preface this by saying that I was on the opening team when this restaurant first opened it's doors. With that said, what the heck has happened??? This place used to be packed and people were always happy. Now it's empty and the employees seem like they could care less about taking care of the customers. It also doesn't help that the food quality and the attention to details has gone down. So disappointing!
It's not the first time I have been there. The food I usually order is the spicy chicken sandwich. It's good but it's hot to the point where I am sweating. Good Food and Excellent employees!!!!!
