EXCELLENT SERVICE our waiter was awesome and our food was great ! Didn't have to wait a long time for our meal. Will take my Grd kids again.
Why can't any restaurant on the planet get a freaking to go order right! We walk in to the store. The cook has his radio on playing gangster rap loud! ???? The girl in charge or seamed to be in charge just didn't give a crap! I buy a gift card like I always do for the 5 dollar certificate... we order our meals (me and my two girls) and eat, the food was good as usual. Absolutely the worst I have ever been to. How does this place stay in business? I've eaten at Steak-n-Shakes all over the country, and this one is deplorable. Fire the staff and start from scratch.
The food was great the serves was awesome !! Thankx to the waitress for her serves love to come back again!!
I give it one star only because the manager was nice enough to fix our problems, but she also comped our meal. We had two orders wrong and when one of the orders was asked to have it redone without onions (because of an allergy) they just scrapped the opinions off returning the original sand which. Really? It took 20 minutes for 3 small shakes and a to-go box. But wait, there's more. It wasn't just the wait itself, the fact they sat 2 other families down and TOOK their orders AND brought out their shakes all in the meantime we waited... They (the other families that were attended so quickly I observed and waiters) just so happened to be Caucasian and my beautiful little family is Hispanic... Coincidence? Maybe... maybe not. Get it together! We STILL left a tip.

Went to the restaurant with the whole family for a nephews birthday. The time we went we were about the only people in the place. It took almost an hr from ordering to actually getting the food. We were able to look at it sitting in the wimdow. Food was cold. One party member found hair on the plate. Three orders were wrong and one was sent back twice.
