Walked in the door and there was still dirty tables everywhere, when we finally got a table it took 15 minutes for them to bring us a menu, a customer at the register waited 10 minutes for an employee to come take his Togo order and 4 employees sat there looking at him. The last time I came to this location there was us and two other tables that had people and the rest were dirty when we came in and still dirty when we left. This is the worst steak 'n shake I have ever been too!!!
The food is great, the service is alright I guess.
1st time being there and they went above my expectations. �
