Once the food arrived everything was good. I cannot understand why it takes 45 mins for burgers. Seemed maybe the drive through was taking precedence but not sure because I’ve gone through drive through with same slow service. You’ve got a gem here in location, managers, but I truly don’t know why people keep putting up with this.
Order was wrong everthying was cold but burnt. Horrible service. Manager doesn’t even know what to do when they run across a problem like this. Told me to call Monday.
Horrible! Called in a to-go order. Sent husband. Left off his BLT. And burgers were burnt. Meat and bread. Horrible. Can’t eat it. I call back up there and ask to speak to a manager. The food is good, but the wait staff is always lacking. We asked the waiter tonight for extra napkins at the beginning of our meal to get them at the end if the meal. And it's always the same service. Once they put the ticket on your table, they are finished. Tonight I tried to guess an employee code on the register just to pay out. The cashier finally came around after 3-4 minutes.
Good Food and Server KJ is very friendly and fast!!!!
Food is always good, but the last 2 times we've been there, the kitchen was very slow, you need to get people hired who can be short order cooks, these people are way too slow
This place is truly awful. I love their food, but the last two times I have been here they were terrible. We waited 20-30 minutes to be seated, with the line literally out the door. The whole time we stood there, only one group got seated, even though there were plenty of open tables. Eventually we left, after two other groups walked out & told us they had been seated for 30 minutes without even having their order taken.
