me and my friends were seated at a dirty table, asked for water 4 times, waited an hour for food, didnt get everything we ordered, also there was a tampon on the floor by our table
What kind of burger place runs out of KETCHUP for the french fries?? And why put cheese fries on the menu if they don't have any cheese??? Great service though....way to go Ocean!!
I don't ever cause scenes but after about 20 minutes of waiting for service at Steak n Shake, we walked out... We couldn't even get drinks ordered. I understand being under staffed, I understand being super busy but I don't know what's going on there.... We go there at least 3 times a month and we never see the same people working there.... My family and I live steak n shake but it'll be a while before we go back.
Yummy food! We had a good sized group and they handled it well! Will definitely go back.
The food was great as always but the service was not. It was a bunch of teenagers and very young adults who clearly weren't mature enough to be running a restaraunt alone. One waiter was running around doing all of the work while all the waitresses (about 4 or 5) were standing around talking, in front of all of the customers. 2 of the waitresses clearly didn't like each other (one was the supervisor in charge, I'm pretty sure), and were arguing loudly, again in front of customers.
