I waited in drive thru line for 30 minutes. Both manager and drive thru associate apologized but never asked to keep me a customer, in any way. I have never had this kind of service.
We were there Thursday night. It was busy. We were waited on quickly. Got our meals. Everything tasted good. My problem was biting into my burger and a huge dollop of dressing falls out all over me....I hate that! Can't anyone take a second to spread condiments on a burger? After bite #3, the bread was soggy and falling apart. We waited forever to get our waitress attention to order to go malts. I'll go back, but I have low expectations.
We went to the drive-in, and greeted with "We have a 30 minute wait". Rude and Twisted up!!
Terrible food and service. My husband was in the drive through for over 25 minutes. Our food was ice cold and I had about half of a burnt patty on my burger. Not worth the $30!!!
Amazing food but terrible service (the waitresses) as always
We always get good food there and the wait staff are always nice.
The waitress was very nice we were celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary. May God bless her.
