I sit order wait and wait then she tells us computer crashed and lost are order so have to wait even longer for food. I say the meal is on the house. My server laughs at me and says no and walks off three table have eaten and left before we got are food we are now the only table here.
If I could I would rate this a zero worst service ever. Very rude employees stood 15 minutes before being seated and was told it would be 30 minutes to get a shake. With employees just standing around. Our waitress rolled her eyes and made rude comments throughout our who order. We are a family of 7 I understand it's a lot of food but were the quite ones of the place not the obnoxious teens around us
This is one of worst places to eat, they make you wait as people pass by countless times before you are seated and then when (IF. We walked out because NO ONE out of the at least four people working even acknowledged us.) you FINALLY get seated and order, you get to watch you food sit and get cold up on the counter for ten minutes before anyone decides to bring it to you. My nephew wanted to go there for his birthday. After arriving, it took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were even there. They sat us at a booth and no one came back to see again. I timed it - 15 minutes passed and no one came to our table. One waitress looked at us and that was the extent of that interaction. I won't be going there again. Thanks for disappointing a kid on his birthday.
The service is awful and so slow. They would let the food sit under the warmer for almost 20 mins. Its just ridiculous.
Don't ever bother with drive-thru !!! Took 16 minutes to get one burger meal and we were sitting at the window the whole time !
Our hamburger was cold, our wait was long and my fries had too much cajun spice on them, actually every thing on our tray was dusted with cajun spice. Not impressed
Super service! Our waitress, Kaitlyn, so kind and prompt! Everyone was smiling and friendly and the place was very clean.
Service was great!! Kylie was awesome.. Will definitely come back.
