Seriously the worst service I've ever had. It took 20 minutes just to get seated & have our drink order taken. My water glass had brown stuff floating in it & that took another 10 minutes to get replaced. We waited over an hour for our food, which was not right when we got it. Our waitress kept looking at me but would not come to our table until I yelled at her. Never got utensils or anything either. I asked to speak to the manager & she just stared at me like an idiot. Theres an older woman who is responsible for cleaning the tables and seating people. She moves veryyyy slowly and has a major attitude problem. The waitresses are always bickering at each other and at the older woman. We came today and were pre-warned of a 30 minute wait on the food. We also watched a customer go through 3 shakes that were the consistency of water. They need to overhaul this location or shut it down because this is absolutely ridiculous. The food is great but the wait is horrible. Every time we go we try hoping that THIS time will be better. They NEVER have enough servers and most of the time we have to get up and ask for drink refills �This last time we waited an hour before we got what we had ordered! NOT HAPPY!!
I have no horrible story to share, I enjoyed my visit as did my family. Katelyn, served us and she was very attentive to all 6 of us, and was very kind. Good food, great service and team.
Terrible service 20+ minutes to take my order plus 45 minutes to deliver our food ,and we want to order shakes, and server never come back to ask if we want something else it take us 25 minutes to get there. I'm not coming back
I loved it. Food and service were both great. Wish it was closer to home.
Use to love this place but last 2 visits, service was terrible. Ordered 4 shakes got 3, 4th one came as we was finishing meal. Waitress didn't give us utensils to eat with, no napkins & never refilled cokes. In serious need of a new staff.
Calling corporate in the morning it was that bad. And I've worked fast food before and understand what they do. Most disrespectful human beings I have EVER encountered
