Worst service I have ever been to in miami restaurant, everything perfect. But that horrible! Manager without education, employees to.
As soon as I walked in I knew it would be a bad experience, dirty, Bad Waitress, and Hood workers.
In this house I had my worst experience in a steak'n shake house. The attendants were rude and made no less of a point of understanding what I wanted to order. Even being a tourist, you can see the difference between this store and the hallendale beach miami store.
Absolute disgrace, took 20 minutes for waiter to take drink order, 30 minutes later the drinks finally came. 90 minutes later the food came. When nicely asking what the hold up was the waiters response was I'm surprised they are getting the orders out as fast as they are.
We had excellent service today by a server named daniel. He was attentive and took time to make sure everything was ok. He was busy but even took time to explain the breakfast menu to us even though we were having lunch. Food was also served quickly and of a good quality the price was excellent 2 adults 1 child shakes and burger meals all for $17 lowest cost for a meal since we arrived in orlando.
Our waiter Kenneth was amazing!! U can tell he truly loves his job!!! We will deff be back!!!
They pay no attention to customers. I arrived before a family of 4 and a single guy. I was seated first, my order was take about the same time but after theirs (mind you when I sat down I was ready to order but wasn't seated by my waiter so had to wait). I waited 10 Min - and had to ask - for my order to be take. After 30 min I noticed the other family of 4 and the single guy were eating. My waitress was no where to be seen. Bad food and service providers gave my wife the wrong food and took forever to get our shakes
Horrible experience. Waitress was not attentive and very very slow. Order was wrong, took for ever and never came back to our table for refills. Had to get up after 20 min of waiting to get help from someone else. I will never go again. 😡I even called from my cel phone to see if a waiter can come to our table and they didn't even answer their phone.
