Not the first time I have had problems at this location but the first time I felt compelled to write a review. I waited for more than 25 minutes (that was only after I started timing it, so it was actually much longer) to go through the drive through. In that time I moved up one single car. I eventually turned around and left without food. In that time I could have ordered at a nice dine in restaurant and already have gotten my food. Ridiculous! This location has had awful, slow service for years, so you go in expecting it. Tonight though, was my very last visit here. Walked in, no hello, no anything. Happened to look across the restaurant and an older employee was waving for me to come to him. So walked over to that booth as he was wiping the table off. He motioned us to sit down and asked where we were from. I said we are locals. Then he walked away. Came back and literally dropped two menus on the table and walked away. We got up and walked out. Extremely slow service and food was cold like it had been sitting for a while.
Awful service. Restaurant was only half full, waited for 20 minutes just to be seated. Food took forever and didn’t get the shakes we ordered till after dinner. Dirty dishes still sitting on other tables after being here for an hour. No red velvet ice cream when it is advertised on every table. Clearly needs new management. Food was good but service is horrendous.
So far I ordered 2 shakes for take out. Has been 21 minutes and still waiting. Manager doesn't do much. Recorded it. Staff is lame, slow, and really no customer service skills.

Short of staff it took them more than hour to serve our food.
Good price, tasty food but HORRIBLE customer service and cleaning!! It is Disrespect with the people to make them wait more than 20 minutes to be seated with a lot empty tables.
