Great food! Bad customer service! Unorganized, waited for our server for a long time. Waited for our food for 45 minutes and had to find our own silverware. And god forbid you wanted a refill on your drink. You get the message
Unreal. For a Steak n Shake in Orlando... you would think you would know how to run one? NC 's steak n Shake 's ... so much better.
They have no order to their service. We have been skipped for a larger party who got here 20 mins after us!
Our waiter was awesome (Kenny Smith) but our food was cold and it took forever for them to bring it out. I'm not blaming our waiter. Not to mention we heard a fight break out in the kitchen( again not our waiters fault). There is no sense of teamwork among the wait staff. This is my fiancé's favorite restaurant but we completely lost faith in this restaurant. All of the waitstaff have an angry look to them. The only reason I give y'all two stars is because our waiter was the nicest.
Dee was great and fast. We enjoy the food, everything was hot and delicious.
Horrible service through the drive thru. Cashier wasn't even trying to understand our order. And it was quite simple "two plain #15 please"... she had an attitude and poor communication skills. Oh! and we were almost a whole hour in the drive thru. They told us our food was going to take more than 20 minutes after we had already ordered and paid. No receipt at the end either. Just VERY BAD costumer service.
Horrible service unclean ordered mint oreo shake and because they didnt clean blender had allergic reaction to bananas
We had a very pleasant experience here. Our waiter Kenny was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was a little dirty but the food quality was very good.
