Being from Scotland I appreciate good food � and you won't be disappointed. An actual steak burger, delicious fries and the milk shakes ���� the best bit.... fed two people for $15. Just cannot go wrong with this place.
More than one hour wait. The waiter was no where to be seen until 2 minutes before the food got here. This was my first time visiting and I will never come back. The food was good but service was the worst.
Good and server was great! Jojo(?) let us know that the kitchen was very much behind on the orders and kept updating us on the status while serving whatever was ready. We didn't mind, food was good and she gave her best. BUT: Worst 'seater' ever!!!! Rachelle: Super slow and very sloppy! She was not able to make quick decisions on if and where to seat the guests. Demora um pouco para ser atendido, mais faz parte quando se tem rotatiividade de funcionarios, a comida é saborosa e preco justo.
Our "go to" place when we visit Orlando. Servers are always nice and the food is deliciously naughty. Just have patience and enjoy.
The workers are always getting into fight and the service is just horrible, but it's all apart of the expirence!!
We are from Texas and we do not have Steak & Shakes so we had to try it... HAPPY WE DID !!!! #AWESOME
If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would. The attitude and service of the drive thru I experienced today was absolutely terrible. I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and heartache...go somewhere else.
