Usually love steak ‘n shake and get food timely but this one in Orlando was very disappointing. We got shakes and drinks in short time but never received our burgers and fries after waiting for over an hour and waitress finally came back after full hour to tell us our order was next. Waited more time and saw orders going to groups that came after us so finally left with 2 very hungry toddlers. That restaurant should not be allowed to keep the franchise and ruin the reputation of the good ones.
The worst service ever rude people that just don’t care. I️ ordered a vanilla malt milkshake came out with no malt I️ asked if they could fix it they treated me like I was a criminal. This was the lake Buenavista steak and shake in Orlando I will never go back to another steak ‘n Shake as long as I live

Service, my food Sat on the counter for over 10 minutes before it was given to me cold.
I am giving it a 5 because of our waiter Alex. He was taking orders, seating, bussing tables doing almost everything. He was busting his butt. After that the rest was bad, cooks messed up our orders which Alex had written them down correctly. Our family was on vacation from Chicagoland & we enjoy S & S just not here.
You can not find a place with poorer service if you tried. :(
Would be a 0 if I could, very disappointed after we was recommended it. Waited around 20 minutes to be seated, dirty tables everywhere and waiters with attitude looked like they didn’t want to clean them. After been seated we sat and sat and sat without anyone coming. Waiter who seated was sat across from us having his break and laughing. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE LIKE US. Rubbish
Slow to be seated and they were out of bacon - go figure. Not impressed.
It was our servers first day and she didn't know much at all everything we asked for she had to go check which is find for a while but 30 mins of not getting our drinks was not good. Then my sons milkshake the cream on the top was melted so obviously made for some time our friends bowls of chilli was cold along with the tea they ordered. So disappointed as we live Steak 'n Shake but not this one
