First time in a steak n shake for us, dont think I'd rush back, seated quickly but that is where the quickness ended. The waitress took around ten minutes to take our order and managed to get my son's wrong, the food was fine apart from the fries which were a bit on the cold side. The floor and some of the tables were dirty, the rest room was dirty with a big clump of hair on the counter top, disgusting.
Slow service, but friendly and nice. Enjoyed our visit. Nice burgers and fries, good milkshakes at very reasonable prices.

This place is absolutly terrible i the service is a joke and and i wish i woukd have never came inside to eat my plate had old cheese on it from the last person using it fucking nasty
How is it that it is dinner time with full talker and 2 waitresses and no bus boys. The empty table were loaded with dirty dishes. The place is filthy, you stick to the floor when you walk . Food is good but will never go back to that one
RecommendedI have such mixed feelings about Steak ‘n Shake. I’ve visited two recently, and the food was exceptional and very fairly priced, BUT both restaurants were filthy — not just icky — disgustingly filthy floors, tables, and restrooms. Servers seemed stressed, waits for tables and food were long, and orders were wrong. How can a restaurant with such good product and prices have such poor organization?
