RecommendedFood was good as usual, however we had a 20 min wait before even being seated, once seated 30 min wait for drinks not including the milkshakes they arrived a further 20 mins with the food. We will be returning to Steak ‘n Shake just not at this location. VERY busy!!!!!!
Absolutely horrid service time. Still waiting over one hour and still no food. This is at 8:00PM and restaurant is 60% full. I have had the same experiences in other Steak N Shake locations. Tonight is my last meal I will ever purchase from them. If they focused on service instead of excuses for poor service it would be a start. 12/28/18

waited like 15 minutes just to be seat and then, more than an extra hour for the food for it to be cold
Wish I could comment on the food but my group plus 3 other groups were turned around at the door and told they weren’t taking any sit down orders due to being under staffed...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Food is too greasy, the egg is not real, too much flour, the cheese is poor quality, the meat is not cook well, water is dripping from meat.
