Horrible service. Websites 15 mins. To be seated and in 20 more nobody came to take my order. Wasted 35 mins. of my life.

My friend and I arrived around 10:30, and there was another group of people waiting that had arrived 20 minutes before us. Not a single staff member spoke to us or even acknowledged we were there, so we took a seat and waited for service. Fifteen minutes passed and we finally decided to leave, and as we were leaving, another two people had been standing there for five minutes BUT got taken care of before us. great burgers and shakes.
The food was adequate. Service started off fine then took a nose dive. Once the food was dropped off we did not see our server again. The Manager did not look around dining room to check on his guests. I hadn’t eaten at a Steak and Shake for a long time, tonight reminded me why. The kicker is that my expectations weren’t high, and even at that they didn’t measure up
I love Steak and Shake! It's the one on Apopka Vineland I don't like. The service is so slow. It took us 15 minutes to just get seated then another hour before we got our food. They weren't even busy they are just extremely slow and unmotivated to customer service.
