Don’t waste your time here!!! Worst service I have ever experienced!!!
Love this place! A safe-haven for CPs - Fun to guess where other Disney people worked based on the patterns of their work pants. You were there for me when McDonald’s ice cream machine was broken and all I wanted was a shake to calm my nerves. Only complaint is that it could take a little long to be seated, but understandable. Steak N Shake- it’s a meal!
Ok so the drive thru was not moving, so went inside, ordered a grilled cheese and two shakes, which took 40 minutes. Absurd. Never had these issues before at other steak n shakes. �
Took us over 20 minutes to be seated and we were never acknowledged. The waitress (very rude) who was going to seat us sighed when we said party of 6 and she said “instead do we have a party of 4 or 2?” The manager seated us instead. Our server Jalen was much more kind and well mannered than any other employee here. It has been more than 25 minutes and still no shake.
Reasonable service and good food. Love the shoestring fries
Slow like every other steak & shake. Food was expected fare.
