Worst store ever! Empty tables, lines of people out the door, no one seating and staff walks around without a care in the world. We saw families leave frustrated for none attention. This store was fully staffed - no reason for the total disregard of customer service. Management eas nowhere to be seen.
Horrible service! The servers were rude and it shows they are uneducated. The manager doesn't know how to do her job. Don't come here. Nasty place!

Horrible experience me and my family had on 7/17/17, took forever for someone to sit us down in a table. Ordered Shakes it took 30 mins for them to bring to the table, waiters standing around talking and leaving people waiting to order. The Manager in charge that night had no initiative to get on his employees to work and give good service at least. Restaurant needs improvement ASAP!!

I waited 35 minutes for 3 milkshakes that honestly were not that great. A few days before I wait 45 minutes for a burger and fries that would be good if was warm
This place is horrible and when I asked for my money back they sent me a 15.00 gift card which was no where near what I spent. Waited for 30 minutes to get food that was completely wrong and no one eat and they thought that 15 was a way of making the situation better. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!!!
The food took forever....we never got a refill.... I had to ask for things missing from our order. We got up & got our on napkins from a table the had a pile of them sitting on it. Uggghhh
