This was our first time at Steak n Shake. LOVED it! Table service, huge range of shakes, sides, yummy burgers, real cutlery, great service and bargain prices. We fed a family of 5 for 32 dollars!
Very slow service. Do not go there if you are in a hurry. Not very sensitive to my walking disability. Seated us where my rollator hindered the table behind us. Food was good and hot when it finally arrived. Waitress did good job taking orders, cashiering, filling drink orders. Maybe more help?

I would not give it any stars but it would not leave a post and review with how to start it is the worst steak and shake ever! I've been there a few times over the past decade when we have been visiting that area and it is consistently horrible and rude and the food is low quality even for steak and shake!
Food was good but took forever. I got an email confirmation that I had correctly downloaded app at 2:17. Our food came out at 2:50. There was only 5 of us. A party of 10 came in around 2:40 and had their food by 3:00. Gen took well over 25 minutes to get our to-go shakes when we were done.
Good food, great prices, friendly people but they badly need to clean their bathrooms with bleach. They reek of old urine
Fast friendly service. Place was clean. Food was served quickly. Everything was fresh and delicious. Can't beat the meal tab either.
If you think you're going to get a milkshake with banana think again! They apparently are permanently out of bananas. Over the course of three weeks they can't manage to get any or even care for that fact.
