The restaurant was only half-full. no one was seating anyone. there was a line going out the door. People were leaving some people just sat down. we contacted the manager and he just told us to be patient they were very Busy...Horrible manager!! The staff was friendly, one employee was running around trying to compensate for all the others!
What a horrible experience!!! My food was cold, waited to be seated and nobody cared so we sat ourselves, after asking , apparently a mistake since we were asked by some other waiter who told us to seat down!!! My onion rings were almost frozen, Also 30 minutes for a shake and best one: we have no pepper!!! I used to be a fan, no more. Save yourself the aggravation!

We recently moved from Missouri and haven't seen a steak n shake since so were happy when we saw the sign from the highway. The place seemed way under staffed!! The waitress we had was doing the best that she could but there just wasn't enough employees. We waited for a very long time for our food only to have soggy fries. We know steak n shake can do better.
The burger and fries were awesome. The shake was better. The price was unbelievable. I loved it!
I've wanted to come an eat there for awhile, my husband and I are from CB Iowa don't have one where we are. Food was good, but Service was horrible one in Kissimmee Florida. We waited at the drive through window for like 10 minutes waiting for them to take our order, I don't know if it was that busy inside or not. This place is horrible walked in to eat n sat in the front waiting to be seated for 10 min. 3 workers walked past us and said nothing to us. Then 4 workers sat in back talking just starring at us. Needless to say we walked out. Have been here before n same thing happened. Wont be back.
