Shakes were lovely. Couldnt fault them. Food choice was slightly limited. As a first timer.i was expecting real steak and not just burgers however food was tasty and my son really enjoyed his burger. Prices were very reasonable x

Worst steak and shake I've ever EVER been in. After 10 minuets waiting to nee seated I called out to a server who rolled her eyes at us. I asked for manager who ignored us at first but finally came.over to talk to us I told her what was going on and she went to talk to her servers. Finally we were seated. Two of our drinks were off so we asked them to change the syrup and my party was asked to change their drinks instead and made them keep their messed up straws. Everything here has been a nightmare. A 24hr location that always seems to be closed after midnight for whatever reason! We have tried to dine their multiple times in the last two months and there is always a sign saying there closed. This is absolutely ridiculous. When they are open the service is slow and rude.
This is the worst Steak and Shake I've ever been in. After a long day of flying we wanted something quick. We ordered 3 milkshakes and 3 meals. It took 40 minutes to get the meals. The burgers were warm, fries were cold. 15 minutes later we got the milkshakes, which had obviously been sitting for a while, as they were melted. Our waiter was really nice, which is the only reason it's getting 2 stars. Seriously need some improvement around here.
Shocking service!! Absolute shambles we walked away with nothing having given up waiting for our order!!!
