Took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and only because we waved them down. Took over an hour to get our food and one of our orders was made wrong.
Our family loves Steak n Shake but this is the worst one by far that we've ever been to. Manager and wait staff included.
Service was very slow bc of employee shortage. Food was not bad. Waitress was so busy that we never got refills
Went last night 6/28 placed our order rather quickly but after 20mins and our drinks(which were sodas) hadn't shown up and I saw other tables dealing with the same issue I went to the manager and asked what the issue was he told me he'd "get back to me" after another 5mins still no drinks and our waiter never came back or the manager never did either we walked out...we will NEVER go to this location again.....horrible service and management

This Steak and Shake Is the WORST ONE I've ever ate at. Took a long time to receive our food which they were not even busy. I thought it was because of little staff but they had at least 12 working there. They even had the manager serving food he brought my husband his salad and told him sorry but there is no clean utensils so we have to give you plasticware there were no napkins given to us as well. Poor service, wrong order received, out of correct buns and pasta, changed orders without consulting customers, and no efforts to make things right. Food cold when served waited over 40 min for take out order of 4 items...food quality very poor...
I love steak and shake but this location is terrible for service wait times are terrible when I asked for manager so I could pay he proceeded to take food orders instead of taking my money 5 people were waiting to pay more than 10 mins I waited 15 minutes for a togo shake I will be going to a different location from now on
Steak and shake in Orlando should fire everyone!!! Worst service ever
