Had high hopes but waited 30 min to get our order taken and then 38 mins to receive our food which was dried out and overcooked. ☹
Very terrible service. Waited over an hr for food. Then when asked about our visit, the witness was very rude. Don't recommend eating here.
Horrible we waited 45 min for food when others that got seated after us got there we have been there a lot and its always we are short staff today I am saying stay away from this one unless you want to wait 45 mins for food
We were sitting for 10 mins before anyone even came to the table then waited 40 mins for food to arrive. Not to mention bathrooms so dirty beyond usable. Never coming here again.
If you want to wait about half an hour for your fast food than this is the place to be. The drive thru needs to be destroyed and rebuilt.
They're horrible need to hire more mature people to work there
Seriously the worst part of our vacation. Terrible service. Not very friendly, and not efficient at all. First trip took forever, got back to our room and realized they forgot an order of fries. Went back the next day thinking maybe we went at a bad time. Nope just as bad. This time we were only getting three milkshakes. It took more than 30 minutes. Ridiculous. Looked in the drive through window there were about five people standing around doing nothing. I just don't get it. And it wasn't busy. No excuses.
Like, does this restaurant have only 3 people working at a time? Even when this place looks efficiently staffed it's still a bloody mess with mediocre untrained staff. 24 hour drive through? Psshh... There is a chair in the drive through half the time... Want a 7x7? They're too lazy to serve that through the drive-thru. Lastly, learn to speak basic English. I know it's Orlando, and is mostly Hispanic but come on...
