The worst steak n shake is this! For far the service is horrible and the old man with the cassete story or something like that ����
Amazing milkshakes, with awesome burgers Superb service
The staff got into an argument while we were eating. The manager showed absolutely no concern for the patrons despite The terrible language and being used. This escalated into almost all the employees fighting at once.
Only Shake's was fine, we wait so long to take a seat, food coming cold as well.
Waited in line over 20 min on drive through.... Maybe was off night but won't be back! Plus staff is rude.... And paid for bacon didn't get it!!!!!
Food is great but management needs to train more milkshakes experts ��

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! No sólo nos atendieron 15 minutos después de llegar sino que a lo que dijimos cuantos eran nos pusieron mala cara sin ofrecernos alguna opción (teniendo más de 15 mesas vacias) mala organización, no atendían, mal trato por parte del personal y aparte habían mesas con comida sin tocar encima... no se que paso pero fue una muy mala experiencia y nos fuimos sin comer
