Lot of people came in at once and we waited a little while,but they handled it well food and shake's were excellent
Great traditional American burger place. Shakes amazing also! Kenny our waiter was pretty cool 😎
Poor service on numerous occasions. Today I sat waiting for service. Then the cashier started taking other people's orders that came in after me. Then orders around me started coming out. Seems to be a common problem.

Food went back twice!! Server was great yet the kitchen staff can't get it right I guess. Told the manager about how bad it was all he said was sorry and seemed annoyed we came to him with the problem!!
Serves is very slow 20 minutes for a shake...... really
My wife and I and a infant went. Was seated very fast. Drinks came fast food not so fast. But taste of food a ++. Then we ordered milkshakes took for ever to get them. There was about 6 tables that had people at them so not busy at all. When we left there was more people there feel sorry for them. We have been to a lot of steak 'n shakes but this was the worst one that we have ever been to. 800 miles away from home and we will not be going back there ever again.
Went in to the counter for 4 shakes at 1:15am and didn't get them until 2:00am!!!
No problem.. called in for a steak n shake that's what we got..
