This is the slowest Steak n Shake I've ever been to in my life. We waited for what seemed like an hour for our food and by the time we finally got our food, it was very close to being cold. Once we were served our food, we didn't see our waiter again. I had to call to him from across the room to get him to bring us the bill so we could leave. We walked in the door and stood there. Every single person looked at us at least twice. Manager looked at us. Not a single person acknowledged us. After standing there for a few minutes, we left. While leaving to leave to go to the o'Fallon store, we saw the same manager outside smoking. Clearly, losing our business didn't mean much. We came to the o'Fallon store and were sat immediately and ordered as soon as we sat down. We couldn't remember why we didn't ever go to this location, but.... now we remember.

We were seated @ 12:30 PM, the food sat on the counter for 20 min. I had to go over and demand it be served. It got to our table at 12:45 pm. Odessa's order was wrong, mine was not correct and everything was cold!
Worst service ever!! Waited an hr for our food and it was cold!! Wasnt charged for our food thank God. Dumbest waitress ever alot of customers were getting free food
Took 30 minutes past ordering to get our food, came wrong and took 15 minutes after we got to our booth for someone to take our drink order. And we were one of 2 people there, so it wasn't busy. I was very dissatisfied.
It was good. The food was really tasty and fresh.
Service very slow and unfriendly. Wasn't that busy.
