Wish I could give negative stars!!! NO soap OR paper towels in either bathroom, they were filthy, and in the drive thru, it took 45 minuets to even get our sodas!!!! AND the food was messed up!! Might I mention the employees are rude as hell!
Molly and Francis are awesome.....they are what keeps things going there.... great job ladies
Very poor service. I came in at lunchtime on a Friday. It took 10 minutes after I sat down at the counter for someone to come over and help me. The restaurant was not very busy. After I placed my order, it was not ready for about 20-25 minutes. No one seemed to really care. This is the second time I’ve had this experience at this location. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location.
Been here for an hour and have yet to receive our milkshakes.
the fairview heights one is going down hill- gets worse each time we go- waited along time for food and shakes came after our food- only one lady was even trying to seat , wait on, and check on people
Food was excellent and fresh and waitress was extremely friendly!
