Me and patti goes there once a week the food is good and the price is great and we get waited on fast and we just like it there we will go all the time
I dont know why restaurants short staff all the time. It took forever for waitress to come over and the our order had missing incomplete stuff. We wanted to order another item and no one ever came back our shakes were so late. It was not the best experience but i didnt hold it against anyone cause working short staffed stinks. This poor experience is on management. One or two waitresses for a place like sns at dinner is terrible management.

We were at this location on December 3 around 10:30 pm. I went inside to place our order since the drive thru was backed up. 2-3 families also entered at the same time. I sat at the barstools and the manager came and took my order. While waiting I observed several disturbing things happening... Those families that came in at the same time were still waiting for someone to help them 10 minutes later. They seated themselves since Noone was at the door to seat them. Food is decent However, the staff's smugness is irritating. When presenting my coupon at the window(I informed the drive through staff before ordering), I received an eye roll. Then when handed my credit card in silence, I wished the employee Happy Holidays. My response was only quickly closed window. Not worth my time or money.
Crazy slow service. Rude manager. Never did get refills. Fries cold.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for 2 shakes. And once you are in the drive thru you can't get out. Got to the window and asked for them to be half off- since shakes are half off during happy hour - and we had waited that long. The girl was clueless. Horrible!
Very Good food I Eat Here Like 3 Time's A week....ILove It
