I typically have a very good experience at steak n shake, however at this particular location that was not the case, there were only about 4 tables occupied by customers when we walked in and not an employee in site finally after several minutes we were "seated" she just grabbed menus and sped past us and put them on the table and hurried off, she did this so fast that I didn't even get the chance to follow her, she had left the table before I even made it to the table with my toddler. They take excellent care of me every Monday morning! They always make sure I have a coupon, and are anxious to please. Love 'em. I don't know if something different in the afternoon, but in the morning this place is clean as a whistle, and the service is excellent.
This place is the most disgusting place I've seen in along time !!! Floors were greasy and dirty silver ware was laying on the floor and I opened my silver ware up and they were dirty and greasy !!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK !!!!
Horrible. Was there yesterday for lunch. All the floors felt very sticky under my shoe. Asked for ketchup and never got it. Only saw one waiter actually checking on her tables and it wasn't our section.
Awesome food and the service was great. Our sever was so good with our little ones.
