Well I can't complain bout Fairview pretty good could b better. The servers up there a little rude. They need better people up there to work. Better than nasty Belleville Il. I saw bad things in Belleville they need to fire all the people up there get new people the manager in Belleville not that great Ofallon Il is good I give Fairview a. Fair review
We didn't wait that long for food but floors were nasty and slick had dirty stuff all over floors and bathrooms were dirty
2016 New Year's day! It was very nasty looking in there and we were told it would be 30 minutes before we would get our food! The waitress should have said it would be 30 minutes before she would take our order. We got up and left!
We waited 30 minutes for our food on December 11, 2015. When the food finally arrived the fries were ice cold as well as the burgers. There were five tables of people and nobody had food. We declined our order. The manager "took care "of our drinks and we walked out. Our server was Cheri and she should NOT be a server. She spent more time behind the waitress station than actually waiting tables.
Will never eat here again. Worst service I've ever seen. Waited over 45 mins for food after we ordered, only to find out after the 3 waitresses were arguing off to the side about our order that no one had turned it in!!! Then one waitress stole another's tips. Very unprofessional. Place was very dirty.
