So we just left this place after sitting for an hour, my daughters food was wrong she and my oldest daughter ordered the same thing, food and it's wrong, Jeremy's burger was burnt sent it back sat for another 1/2 hour
The Chocolate/Peanut Butter shake tasted like dirt, although my sister's Pumpkin Spice Shake tasted great. Is it my imagination or did the portions get smaller? The Prince Royal hamburger I ate was small. The food was hot enough. 3 tables were filthy and the floor was slick. I used to come here a lot back in the 1990s... and they were always busy and had better food.
There is no reason anyone should ever get service like this. I sat for 45 minutes before expressing my feelings to the manger and leaving. This store needs new management, and more employees. If anyone has a contact for the franchise owner I would love to leave my comments with them. Hope they can up this store I love eating there, but some major changes need to happen!
Extremely slow service. Waiter totally forgot to put our shake order in. Food quantity is small. Worst restaurant I've ever been to.
This location has the worst service and it's always dirty! We (finally) got to order our shakes and the waitress sat them on the table and walked away. No napkins -- so a few minutes later I walked up to the partition area only to find her on her PHONE and had to ask for the napkins. She handed them to me with one hand while still texting with the other. This location is always such a disappointment! The one in O'Fallon is SOOOO much better and we will give them our business solely from now on!
I really hate to be like this because I have frequented this location for a few years and despite quite a few mess ups here and there( which I've always attributed to them being busy even when they were not, because of their late night convenience and having spent a couple years in fast food and actual restaurants i can sympathize with how hectic and chaotic things can be.)
