30 minutes in drive thru No dressing for my salad Spoon to eat my salad No condiments on the burgers or in the bag No receipt , just told a flat $25 Went inside to get ranch and stood at the register, several employees behind the counter made eye contact with me but didnt acknowledge me until a customer at the counter said something to them twice! Burgers were dry, over cooked and about as thick as a piece of cardboard as if they had the life squeezed out of them!
Oh my gosh! We just received the worse service ever at Steak 'n Shake in Fairview Heights. 40 minutes after ordering we still didn't have our food but the server brought the check! That is just wrong! Got our food after 45 minutes. During the wait the server never once checked on us or offered refills. Other people left because of the wait on their orders. Keep a tired 2 and 6 year old occupied that long. Plus, Tricia & I asked for separate checks but didn't get them.
The service was way way tooo slow! There was at least 3 waitresses and only one of them was waiting on tables. They did not get the order correct. When I went to check out the cashier was not pleasant at all. Wish I had not of left a tip.
My slaw was floating in mayonnaise! I couldn't eat it! I thought you had the best slaw! The egg on my Royale steakburger was hard! It alway is! I only got it right when you first came out with it! I ate it but it wasn't very good at all!!
Super slow service in the drive through. I'm guessing the microphone is poor quality, as I had to keep repeating every part of my order and he still missed an item when we FINALLY were at the window for our food. Note to self: always dine inside!
After 40 minutes of waiting on our food we left. About 5 employees standing around doing nothing. Awful!
